To begin, my name is George Considine and I'm the founder of the company. I love what I do and I've got the good fortune to do work that is so enjoyable it never feels like work -- and, the reason I'm so fortunate is I truly appreciate the people I meet and serve. And, I've got the good fortune to work with a team of people who share my values and that is more rewarding than I can express. So, what's our job?
Our job is simple -- determine what is most important to you and find a way to deliver exactly what you want and need. But while it sounds simple -- you can no doubt appreciate every transaction is unique because every person has their own special story for why they are moving or selling their home. Our job is to grasp a full understanding of all your issues and concerns and put together the exact result that's best for you and your family.
Here's what we do:
BUY We buy homes for cash -- we pay full market value-- and we settle fast -- so that people who are busy can avoid the time, effort, and expense of carrying the cost and maintenance of a vacant -- or soon to be vacant house.
Typically, the homes we buy are good homes but are in a state of deferred maintenance or unusual structural distress or neglect. We buy them for the purpose of renovating them -- bringing them back to "new" condition -- and then reselling them for a profit. Essentially, we're in the home building and remodeling business -- we need land and/or homes that need to be fixed up.
SELL Sometimes we find that the best value we provide our clients is NOT buying their home but rather selling it in the traditional retail manner or, if time is short, auction the property. In either case, you can be sure you'll get the full market value for your home.
RENT In addition to buying, renovating, and selling homes we also rent homes and apartments and when possible we do rent-to-own transactions to help people get into the home of their choice even if their credit is not quite ready for a mortgage.
FINANCE When purchasing a new home financing is an essential part of the transaction and we excel in this area of service. We know how to get new home buyers across the threshold and we make it easy. In addition to our mortgage lending service, we have access to grant programs, credit repair, rent-to-own, private lenders, and more --- all to ensure that if you're ready to buy we are here to make it happen.
